Submission Guidelines (Call for Papers Requirements)

  1. 1 The conference sincerely invites scientists, researchers, designers, and professionals worldwide to submit papers related to the conference topics.
  2. 2 Delegates wishing to present a report at the conference are required to submit an abstract aligned with the conference topics. Delegates who do not present are only required to complete the conference registration.Abstract Requirements: No more than 1000 words, including purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.

    "Young Scholar Paper Award" Competition Requirements:

    Participants of the Young Scholar Paper Award must submit one original, unpublished paper relevant to the conference theme or topics. Submissions must be original full papers with abstracts and must not have been previously published in any formal publication.

    Abstract Requirements: No more than 1000 words, including purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.
    Full Paper Requirements: 3000-4000 words.

    As papers will be compiled into the ICNRP 2026 Conference Proceedings, submissions must be in .docx or .doc format. PDF format is not accepted.
    Author Information Required: Submissions must include the author's name, title/position, affiliation, main research direction, contact address, postal code, phone number (mobile), and E-mail.

    A panel of experts will review all submissions. Outstanding papers will be awarded first, second, third, and honorable mention prizes. Award-winning papers will receive certificates, and some may be selected for presentation at the conference.

    All papers meeting the requirements will be compiled by the committee into the ICNRP 2026 Conference Proceedings, which will be distributed to all attendees during the conference.

    High-quality papers will be recommended for publication in academic journals.

  4. 4 How to Submit:
    Delegates wishing to present a report should submit their abstracts via Step 1: Submit Abstract below.

    Participants applying for the "Young Scholar Paper Award" should follow the instructions in Step 2: Submit Full Paper to submit their full paper and required author information to icnrp2026@126.com.

    Note: Participants submitting a full paper are not required to complete Step 1: Submit Abstract, unless they also intend to deliver an oral presentation. Both submission sections can be found at the bottom of this page.
