Regional Sustainability (ISSN 2097-0129 print, 2666-660X online; CN 65-1317/X) was launched in 2020 as a bimonthly Open Access peer-reviewed academic publication. The journal operates under a subsidized open access model, with the sponsor—Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS)—covering Article Processing Charges (APCs). The journal serves as a platform for researchers to explore the relationships among environment, economy, and society.
